Pierre Fabre Appoints Venaig Solinhac as Head of Dermo-Cosmétique Division
Pierre Fabre has announced the appointment of Venaig Solinhac as the new head of its Dermo-Cosmétique and Personal Care division.

Venaig Solinhac has been appointed as the new head of Pierre Fabre's Dermo-Cosmétique and Personal Care division.
In this new role, Solinhac will join the company's management committee and report to Eric Ducournau, the group's CEO. Solinhac brings over 20 years of international experience in the growth and transformation of global leaders in the healthcare, consumer goods, and venture capital sectors.
Solinhac has held key executive positions at Kenvue, including Global Vice President of Baby Care in New York and Vice President of Essential Health Asia Pacific in Singapore. She has contributed to the global relaunch of Johnson's Baby, the revitalization of Listerine in Asia-Pacific, and the deployment of large-scale digital and commercial acceleration programs.
Prior to her time at Kenvue, Solinhac spent 15 years at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, where she held local, regional, and global responsibilities on four continents. She led transformations of product portfolios and digitalization for major brands such as Sensodyne, Panadol, Centrum, and Parodontax.
Within the Pierre Fabre group, Solinhac will lead the deployment of the strategy for the division's brands, including Eau Thermale Avène, Ducray, A-Derma, Klorane, René Furterer, Darrow, Même Cosmetics, and Pierre Fabre Oral Care.
The division's 2025 activity generated a revenue of 1.711 billion euros, up 2.6% from 2024 and 4.4% at constant exchange rates.
