Roja London has been acquired by the Middle Eastern beauty conglomerate Extravaganza Beauty. The British haute perfumery house will use the new investment to fund its expansion goals.

Leadership Perspectives on the Partnership
Minard expressed enthusiasm for the partnership. She cited Extravaganza Beauty's proven understanding of niche luxury fragrances, developed during their prior commercial partnership in the Gulf Cooperation Council region. "What particularly excites me about this new partnership is the entrepreneurial spirit and ambitions we share," Minard said. She described the acquisition as an opportunity to evolve the brand story and accelerate global growth.
Founder Roja Dove emphasized the personal nature of the brand he established in London's Mayfair in 2011. Choosing the right partner for its next chapter, one who understands the soul of the company, to ensure that it flourishes was essential for me, Extravaganza Beauty is that company, Dove stated. He noted the conglomerate's history of championing creative perfumery in the Middle East.
Strategic Goals and Brand Direction
The investment from Extravaganza Beauty will be directed toward supporting Roja London's strategic plans. This includes deepening the brand's presence in key international markets. Funds are also earmarked for continued investment in product development and innovation across its signature fragrance collections.
Chadi Douaihy, Chairman of Extravaganza Beauty, commented on the deal. "We have been impressed by what the management team has achieved over the past few years at Roja London," Douaihy said. He expressed confidence in the brand's long-term potential and a commitment to supporting its growth while delivering a luxury experience.
The Future for Roja London Collections
The brand's development will focus on its core fragrance lines. The investment is intended to fuel innovation across these established collections. The move is seen as a step to reinforce the brand's positioning in the Middle East market while pursuing broader global ambitions.
Minard, who has led the company since 2021, stated she will continue to strengthen its position as a dedicated luxury fragrance house. The brand's distinctive character and commitment to haute perfumery are expected to be maintained under the new ownership structure.
