Regent reunites Avon under single ownership
Investment firm Regent has acquired Avon North America, bringing it together with Avon International under one owner for the first time since 2016.

Investment firm Regent has acquired Avon North America from South Korean conglomerate LG H&H. This move reunites Avon North America and Avon International under a single owner for the first time since 2016, according to the source report from Premium Beauty News.
Regent, which was created by Michael A. Reinstein, had previously acquired Avon's international operations in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East from Natura & Co. in January 2026. The Brazilian group Natura & Co. continues to operate the Avon brand in South America.
Michael A. Reinstein, the founder, chairman, and CEO of Regent, stated that America is Avon's birthplace and a central element of its future. He called it the brand's largest market and said it will play a determining role in the next chapter of its history. "The reunion of Avon North America and Avon International gives Avon a clearer structure, a common strategy, and stronger foundations for growth," Reinstein said. "Our mission now is to put the power of this common entity to work for better products, more effective execution, and increased revenue opportunities."
Leadership and Strategy
Lisa Siders, currently the Chief Operating Officer of Avon International and an operating partner at Regent for Avon, will become the CEO of the new, unified entity. This appointment is set to take effect upon the closing of the transaction, which is scheduled for September 1.
Siders commented on the opportunity presented by the consolidation. "Avon has an extraordinary history, but its future will be built on our future actions," she said. The future CEO stated that bringing these activities together offers the chance to build a more focused, connected, and ambitious company for its representatives, ambassadors, employees, and customers. Her stated priority is to strengthen the company for its next phase of growth, focusing on better products, sharper execution, a stronger link to the market, and a brand experience that fosters loyalty.
LG H&H's Focus
The seller, LG H&H, intends to concentrate more on its global priorities and core business in the areas of K-beauty and distribution. The sale of Avon North America allows the South Korean conglomerate to streamline its focus.
The operational unification under Regent's ownership marks a significant consolidation for the historic beauty brand. The deal structure now places the majority of Avon's global footprint, excluding South America, under one corporate strategy and leadership team for the first time in nearly a decade. The transaction is pending its formal close at the start of September.
