Beauty solutions provider Meiyume has identified three key trends for the Autumn/Winter 2026 cosmetics market. The company is developing a new generation of ready-to-use concepts around longevity inspired by K-Beauty, the skinification of makeup, and alcohol-free perfumes for presentation to partner brands in November.

The Parfum Réinventé

A core concept is titled 'Le Parfum Réinventé' or 'The Reinvented Perfume'. This concept unites a collection of alcohol-free fragrances in sensory formats. It associates skin care technologies with fragrance to create olfactive experiences designed for long wear and modern beauty rituals.

"The perfume is evolving towards personalized daily rituals, by combining alcohol-free formats and skin care," the company stated. The concept positions fragrance as an integral part of contemporary skincare routines rather than a standalone accessory.

Longevity and Skinification

Alongside the fragrance focus, Meiyume's other 2026 concepts look at advanced skincare and makeup. The longevity concept draws inspiration from K-Beauty through the prism of Western clinical medicine. It translates a focus on the skin barrier and biotechnological actives into sensory textures and formulas aimed at longevity.

"The future of high-end skincare lies in an approach focused on the skin barrier, biotechnological actives, and a systemic approach: the logic of Korean care applied to the demands of Western clinical medicine," Meiyume emphasized. This concept supports the skin's natural resilience and repair.

The skinification of color concept treats makeup as a vector for skin benefits rather than a simple veil. It combines long-wear actives with multi-sensory textures for primer, complexion, and lips. "Color must now blend with the skin, not only cover it," the company affirmed.

Spring/Summer 2026 Previews

Earlier, for Spring/Summer 2026, Meiyume presented eight key ready-to-wear collections to its partner brands as inspiration bases. These collections demonstrated the company's expertise in formulation and packaging.

The collections presented were:

Each complete formula for the upcoming Autumn/Winter 2026 line is associated with one or more packaging solutions. These are developed internally by Meiyume or in collaboration with industrial partners. The full formulas, packaging, and names for the Autumn/Winter 2026 collection will be finalized ahead of the November presentation to brands.
